Abstract:With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, the coverage of mobile communication base stations has become wider and wider, and the construction of 5G base stations has shown a large-scale outbreak trend. The reserve energy storage configured inside the base station is idle for a long time, and the huge adjustment ability is in a ' sleeping state ', which cannot participate in the operation of the power system. The system faces the imbalance between supply and demand caused by the fluctuation of new energy power. Firstly, under the condition of ensuring the operation reserve demand of the base station, the power supply reliability index is used to evaluate the adjustment potential of energy storage resources, and the base station energy storage model is established. Secondly, a dynamic aggregation method of base station energy storage is proposed, and a virtual power plant ( VPP ) with base station energy storage is constructed. Combined with model predictive control, the two-stage economic optimization scheduling of day-ahead declaration-day rolling correction is carried out. The simulation results show that the combination of time domain rolling and real-time state feedback correction can achieve full consumption of new energy on the basis of fully ensuring the reliability of base station power supply. At the same time, the influence of the base station energy storage schedulable capacity on the VPP economy is quantified. Compared with the 95 % constant reserve capacity, the dynamic reserve capacity model improves the VPP economy by 4 %.
